"Rediscoverng the Big Blue Spirit"
We are proud to be the host city for our 2019 Midwest Regional Conference and look forward to having you join us for a series of inspirational and educational sessions as we reconnect with fellow TSU alum. The purpose of this conference is to provide chapters within the area information about what’s happening at Tennessee State University, learn about the programs and policies that affect the university, hear about plans to support current and future students, and gain best practices to build and grow effective alumni chapters.
This year’s conference will feature a Community Service Awards Luncheon where we will honor some of metro Detroit’s local heroes. Mr. James Shaw, Jr., TSU graduate and “Waffle House Hero,” will deliver the keynote address. We are also pleased to welcome TSU President Dr. Glenda Glover as our special guest.
